We asked Lee at Britt & Co to remove closed cell spray foam from our loft, to allow us to sell the property. A RICS Surveyor had picked up on the foam and without removal, the sale could not happen.
Lee gave us a very competitive quote (ok, of the 3 quotes we got, it was the cheapest!), and agreed a date to start the work, with an estimated completion date.
Lee arrived when he said he would and worked so hard to remove the foam from the loft interior. This was done without removing tiles and battens (which another contractor said was necessary).
After 2 weeks of hard slog, the work was completed and to our relief, when the loft was reinspected by the Surveyor, he was amazed at the quality of the removal job and specifically asked who had achieved this result for us. The Surveyor thought that a new roof would be needed, so to say Britt and Co got us a great result is not an exaggeration.
Our sale is now completing in a couple of weeks. Thank you so much Lee, if we ever buy another property with spray foam (we won’t), we know who to call.
