About Us

In order to be able to secure an equity release agreement, some spray foam insulation needed to be removed from the inside of my parent’s roof. This work was completed to a very high standard and thereby enabling us to secure a valid survey so that the equity agreement could proceed.

Lee and his team were polite, efficient and informative throughout and ensured that all waste was removed and disposed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Britt and Co to anyone faced with a similar situation.

Lee and his team removed the spray on insulation from a three bedroom house for me and did a fantastic job. He came and did an estimate very quickly, started when he said he would start, worked very hard in a professional manner throughout, cleaned up and had all the rubbish taken away and when the surveyor turned up she took his card as she was that impressed with the completed works. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I first contacted Lee to remove the spray foam insulation having been made aware of the hazards this type of insulation could ultimately cause. Not only was I impressed with Lee’s honesty regarding the above hazards but his explanation as to the work involved and time duration he expected this work to take.

I consider Lee carried out this work to an exceptionally high standard; there is no evidence of this foam ever having been installed in the first instance, i.e. He methodically removed all the foam and cleaned each rafter, and left the loft, my landing, stairs and home immaculate.

We had closed cell foam insulation removed from the loft by Lee from Britco. Lee was very punctual and updated us daily on the progress. The work was completed in the timescale quoted. We are extremely pleased with the high standard of work and the end result. We would not hesitate to contact Lee if we required any future work.

We can’t thank Lee and his team enough for the fantastic job they did removing our loft spray insulation foam. We needed a timely response due to the sale and both his response, quote and booking date were very prompt.

When the job began they worked incredibly hard, were very tidy, were knowledgeable about the work and Lee always kept us informed of the progress and plan. Lee has a great understanding of the regulations and requirements to get the job done and satisfy the mortgage company and made sure everything was to the right standard all the way through the process.

How lucky we were to find a local company with such good principles, great communication and at a very competitive price.
Thanks Lee, you do indeed take pride in your work and it shows.

Lee and his team did an excellent job removing the closed foam insulation from the roof of our parents’ house prior to its sale. They are professional, reliable and hard working. Lee visited before work began, updated us regularly with the progress, which was very reassuring and kept the house clean and tidy all the way through. Very pleased with the final result. Lee organised the repair of one beam, provided a certificate and report and all of that for a competitive price and friendly service. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks Lee and team!
