This house was in the process of being sold, and to progress the sale, it required stripping out, and taking back to the original state which then needed bringing back up to current Building Regulations approval and certification sign off.

Lee in particular kept us up to date with progress on this project, advised us of any minor issues along the way, and was there also to explain to the RICS surveyor the process that he followed in order for the report to be produced.

The results speak for themselves. This room was restored back to a fully functioning and current building regulations compliant living space after Britt & Co.’s work, but without Lee’s hard work and attention to detail, it would have been a much harder and lengthy process.
